1. Who is responsible
Controller under the GDPR: Thorben Fabien Weber, Berliner Straße 1, 15806 Zossen, Germany. E-mail: [email protected]
2. The short version
This page sets no cookies, stores nothing on your device, loads no third-party fonts or trackers and runs no advertising pixels. There is no sign-up form on this page.
3. Hosting
The site and the video are delivered by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA (Cloudflare Pages and Cloudflare R2). To deliver the page, Cloudflare necessarily processes technical connection data such as your IP address, the time of the request and your browser's user agent, and may keep short-lived security logs. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in a secure, fast website. Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, and a data processing agreement is in place.
4. Anonymous visit counter
We count how often the page is opened, how far the video is watched (start, 25 %, 50 %, 75 %, end) and how often the main button is clicked. Each event only increases a daily total, split by a coarse source label (for example "instagram" or "direct"). We do not store IP addresses, device identifiers or anything that could recognise you again, and no data is written to your device. Totals are deleted automatically after two years. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in understanding whether the page works.
5. Skool
The "Secure your seat" button is a plain link to our community on Skool (Skool, Inc., USA). Nothing is sent to Skool before you click it. Once you are on Skool, its own privacy policy applies: skool.com/legal. Membership and payment are handled entirely by Skool.
6. Contacting us
If you e-mail us, we use your message and address only to reply (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR) and delete it once the matter is closed, unless we are legally required to keep it.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and to object to processing based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Just send an e-mail to the address above. You can also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, for example the Landesbeauftragte für den Datenschutz und für das Recht auf Akteneinsicht Brandenburg.
